On the 20th April, Jenny attended the three-day KiwiCAM conference which was held at Victoria University in Wellington, New Zealand.
KiwiCAM was a joint conference organized by the Departments of Psychology from three New Zealand universities: The University of Auckland; Victoria University; and The University of Otago. During this conference, Jenny presented a talk titled ‘Neural Correlates of Noise Annoyance’ that was received positively. She also received valuable feedback on how to further improve the research as well as an exchange of ideas with students from different universities.
However, it wasn’t all work! While not at the conference, Jenny also visited important Wellington attractions including Parliament, the waterfront, Te Papa museum, the Botanic Garden, the Cable car museum, and the Museum of Wellington.
